This Tyrolean hazelnut liqueur is a very speciality. Its production combines high-quality handicraft and modern technology and combines the natural taste of fully ripe hazelnuts with fine alcohol. The hazelnuts are first carefully roasted and then crushed before being macerated in pure alcohol for about a month. Afterwards, the hazelnut spirit is gently distilled and only slightly sweetened to preserve its incomparable nutty-aromatic bouquet.
