Shipping
We ship your package immediately after receiving your payment. It then takes between two to a maximum of 7 business days until the package arrives. However, from experience we know that the majority of packages within Austria and to Germany are delivered within 2 days.
We deliver to the following countries as standard: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia France, Italy, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your package has left our warehouse. Likewise, you will receive an email from the selected shipping partner with the shipment number. With this you can track your package.
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered goods and on your location. You can find the shipping costs list here: Shipping costs
You choose yourself in the Kräuterdestillerie Shop who may deliver your package:
- Within Austria, you choose between GLS, dpd and the Austrian Post.
- To Germany you choose between GLS, dpd and Deutsche Post
- To the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg you choose between GLS and dpd
- To all other countries GLS delivers your parcel
We are unable to sell and ship to the UK due to customs regulations.
We are not able to sell and ship in Switzerland due to customs regulations.
Payment
The payment options are available for selection before completing the order. We offer the following payment methods:

Customer account
Of course you can also place an order in our store as a guest. However, registration offers many advantages, such as an uncomplicated and fast ordering process without having to re-enter your data for each order.

Order
Select your desired products and the appropriate bottle size and place the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the green button.
Then click on the shopping cart and there on "Checkout". For your first order you can now create a customer account or order as a guest. Enter your address data and click on "Continue".
Now select payment method and shipping method. You will now see a list of the selected products, the shipping costs and your data. Now accept the terms and conditions and confirm that you are of age. By clicking on "Order with obligation to pay" your order is completed and will soon be processed in our company. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Problems during the ordering process can have several reasons. Most often it is due to the web browser, which may not support our website. First try another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. A too strict firewall could also complicate the ordering process.
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel this contract via shop@tiroler-kraeuter-destillerie.com or fax: +43 5232 20777-888.

Vouchers that we issue as part of promotions have a specific validity period. You can find this in the email or on social media, always where you received the voucher. You can find out more about legal details regarding vouchers in our Terms and Conditions.
Coupon codes can be entered for each order in the shopping cart in the order process under "Enter discount code". After clicking "Redeem", the bonus will be deducted from the total amount in the shopping cart overview. The voucher is valid only on the value of goods and not on shipping costs.

We always make sure that you receive your order quickly and completely. However, in rare cases, errors may still occur. If products are missing from your order, we will find a solution for this as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to contact us by phone or e-mail.

Ideally, send us a photo of the damaged product. Please include your order number and the item number or name of the damaged product. We will then act immediately and replace the product.
If a package comes back to us, we will try to reach you to clarify the further procedure. In order to avoid such delivery problems from the beginning, please note the following:
- Verify your shipping address before completing your order.
- You will receive a shipment number from our shipping partner. Keep track of the status of your order with this.
