A very special spirit with the fine taste of larch. Its typically racy, fresh, slightly woody bouquet makes it a unique spirit speciality from Tyrol. Goes well with a "Brettljause" snack.
To produce the larch macerate, a handful of freshly picked larch shoots are steeped in 1 litre of alcohol for around four to six weeks. After the ingredients have passed into the alcohol through maceration, the larch macerate is carefully filtered and then carefully distilled. The pure larch distillate is stored and matured for at least two years before bottling. This is how this genuine Tyrolean speciality with the incomparable taste of the beautiful and wild Tyrolean mountains is created.
