Swiss Stone Pine Spirit

This Tyrolean Swiss Stone Pine Spirit is an exceptional spirit with the incomparable taste of the beautiful and wild high alpine mountains. The racy-fresh, slightly resinous bouquet makes it a very special spirit speciality.

To produce the stone pine macerate, three to four cones per litre of alcohol are cut into small slices and soaked in alcohol. After five to six weeks, the ingredients are transferred to the alcohol through maceration. For the Swiss Stone Pine Spirit , the macerate is distilled. The result is this crystal-clear Spirit (also called "Zirbinger", depending on the region) with its unmistakable strong stone pine aroma.
