Root Spirit

An old traditional recipe is the secret of this tasty Tyrolean alpine herb spirit. It is the perfect addition to any Tyrolean Brettl Jause and tastes especially good after a sumptuous meal! Herbs, roots, seeds and berries are brought to us by herbalists from the valleys and high alpine pastures of the Tyrolean mountains. The freshly picked herbs, seeds and berries from Tyrol are first carefully macerated.

The resulting herbal extracts are carefully distilled and filtered before being filled into barrels to mature. This gentle processing preserves the valuable ingredients of the herbs in the extracts. Only after a maturing period of at least 12 months is the finished spirit bottled for sale. This is how this delicious herbal speciality from Tyrol is created.
