Only sun-ripened and hand-picked rowan berries are processed into this delicious schnapps, with the fruits of older trees producing a particularly high-quality and spicy distillate. Characteristic is its tangy, fine bouquet. The taste is correspondingly thick and full. With a powerful, racy and well-structured finish.
Not only because of the elaborate extraction and processing of the berries as well as the low yield during distillation (approx. 2 lt distillate per 100 kg mash), this Tyrolean Rowanberry Schnapps is a truly noble drop.
