This strong cuvée is a stylish blend of apple, Williams pear, plum and apricot distillates. The fruity fresh bouquet convinces with its concise finish. Sun-ripened and hand-picked fruits, in combination with a careful and long ripening process, make our "heart" fruit brandy so good and digestible! To produce this fruit brandy, we only use the narrow middle run of the distillate - the so-called "heart" - because only in this run do the natural aromas remain pure and unadulterated.
The result is a 100% pure distillate, unfiltered and in absolute premium quality. After complete fermentation and double distillation, it is carefully matured for at least two more years.
