Distillate
A noble distillate is produced by heating the mash. The vapours released in the process contain alcohol. When they cool down, they liquefy. The resulting condensate is pure distillate.
Repeating the process can increase the alcohol concentration and flavour intensity. However, in the case of noble brandies, it is important to determine the right time for separating the middle part. This is because the first part and the last part in a distillation process are not as high quality as the heart. In the herbal distillery, they are therefore "separated" and distilled again. The result is finally fine fruit distillates with 100% natural ingredients.
