For the production of this fruit brandy, the fruits are crushed and mashed together with their own juice. The distillation of the mash creates the real fruit schnapps. Only sun-ripened apricots, apples, plums and Williams pears from South and North Tyrol are processed in the herbal distillery.
The result is a strong cuvée, distilled according to old Tyrolean farming tradition. The fruity fresh bouquet and the concise finish testify to Tyrolean distilling art at the very highest level!
